In these days I was discuting with a friend about how many finswimmers there are in the World. I supposed we are about 10.000, but he said 100.000 or more…Maybe there is someone who knows it exactly…So I decided to ask all of you how many active Finswimmers do you think there are in the World. Please leave a comment to let us know the right number!

Probably we’re in the middle, about 50000. I know that in Italy there’re about 5000 licences (agonism, master, children) but I have already to discover where they really are.

Well about Italy…only yesterday I knew that here we have more than 100 teams. But however much I may want to, I can’t find them all! I have only about 50.

There’s around 30 or so active finswimmers in Croatia, but over 100 children that are training for becoming finswimmers. That’s still a rather small number, however there is hope that more and more children will also take up finswimming.
