Kazan (Russia) confirmed for the Finswimming Senior European Championships

As you can see in the following PDF, the next Finswimming Senior European Championships 2010 will be held in the city of Kazan (Russia) since July 25th 2010, until August 4th 2010. Here the list of the Finswimming International Competitions for the season 2009-2010.

PANAMERICAN CHAMPS: CUBA (Habana ) 11.04-20.04
WORLD JUNIOR CHAMPS: SPAIN (P. de Majorca) 5.07 – 12.07
EUROPEAN CHAMPS: RUSSIA (Kazan ) 25.07-04.08
PANARABIAN SENIOR CHAMPS: LIBANO ( Beirut ) 4.10- 06.10
PANARABIAN JUNIOR CHAMPS: LIBANO ( Beirut ) 4.10- 06.10
ASIAN CHAMPS: CINA ( Kaoshiung ) 18.11- 24.11

    I don’t want to start a controversy but I think that the most important finswimming competitions (world and european championships at least) have to be in capitals or important towns easy to reach… guys, it’s really an odyssey (a very expensive odyssey) to go to Kazan or Neiva! :-(
