We proudly announce that on March 12th 2011, in the town of Lignano Sabbiadoro (ITA), the Italian Finswimmer Cesare Fumarola swam the World Record of 200sf with the time of 1’21″60 during the Finswimming Italian Championships for Age 2011, 18 cents/sec under the former one by Dmitry Kokorev (1’21″78). Thanks to Cesare that took the World Record back to Italy! Here also the VIDEO!

Here you can see the whole 200sf of Cesare Fumarola, swam in Sondrio (Italy) on Sunday 6th, 2011 during the competition “Seconda Prova Interzonale Nord Ovest”. The Official time is 1’20″15. In that race there is also Stefano Figini, that swam about 1’23″ (not bad!!!)

The competition will take place in Hódmezővásárhely – Hungary from Thursday 28th of July to Sunday 7th of August 2011. The City of Hódmezővásárhely situated in the Southern part of Hungary 1 and ¾ of an hour from Budapest on highway pool with thermal water.
