With the organization of the Underwater Sport Team RC Osijek and with media and sponsors, we announce to you the “Weekend of the Underwater Sports in Osijek”, that will be held on March 27 since 7 pm until 9 pm. There will be presented and show all the sports that are in the Croatian Federation of Underwater Activities (HRS). The show will be followed by the RC Osijek and by a guest from the RK Geronimo Team.

The very strong Czech Butterfly Swimmer Michal Rubacek, who participated in the Olympic Games in Beijing and Athens and various World Championships, the last one in Rome in 2009, established the new World Record in finswimming distances of 100 bifins 43″12 and 200 bifins with time of 1’36″54 during the second round of the Finswimming World Cup which took place Saturday and Sunday 20-21 March 2010, at the swimming center Ge.Tur in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Italy). here a nice interview, in English and in Italian. Thanks to our friend Cyril Kergadallan, the Finswimming World Ranking Table is available. The ranking is formed by about the first 30 finswimmers for every competition. We let you remember that this is only the first release, and it will be updated at every competition, with electronic timing, and in 50mts course Swimming Pool.

Ieri al Foro Italico di Roma si è svolta la Riunione della Giunta Nazionale del CONI, in cui il presidente Petrucci ha informato la Giunta su alcune iniziative che il CONI dovrebbe prendere per limitare i costi, applicando dei possibili tagli per il futuro. Petrucci ha inoltre incaricato il Segretario Generale Pagnozzi di inviare una lettera a tutte le Federazioni Sportive Nazionali, invitandole a limitare i costi e gli sprechi, soprattutto in ambito funzionale.
