The preliminar results from the Copa UCV 2009, that was held in Caracas (Venezuela) on 28-29 November 2009, are now available on Sportalsub.net. The competitions saw more than 90 athletes and the partecipation of the Chile Finswimming National team.

The Organizing Committee of the Underwater Cup UCV 2009 and Sportalsub.net, have published the final list of athletes for testing apnea and finswimming. The registration process is complete.

Alvaro Hugo Polo is maybe the best South American Finswimmer. He has a long carreer, although he had to stop for 4 years due to operation to his knees after a bad accident. Now he is came back to take his revenge, obviously we are speaking about the Sport! Infact Alvaro was second at World Championships in Saint Petersburg this year.

Underwater Center, Central University of Venezuela will host the COPA UCV Invitational 2009, Competition for schools, clubs and associations, national and international in patterns of Apnea with Finswwimming, an event that will be held in the swimming pool complex “Máxima casa de Estudios” on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2009.
