Top Performers Shine at the 1st Round of the CMAS Finswimming World Cup 2025 in Aix-en-Provence

The first round of the 2025 CMAS Finswimming World Cup took place in Aix-en-Provence, France, from February 7 to 9, 2025. This event saw some of the world’s top finswimmers deliver outstanding performances, setting the pace for the rest of the season.

Best Junior Men

Vasilij PLOC (Czech Republic, MHP)

  • 400m Immersion – 1st place with a time of 3:05.90, scoring 753 points.
  • 200m Surface – 1st place with a time of 1:26.57, earning 795 points.

David ZEMBA (Czech Republic, CZNS)

  • 50m Bifins – 1st place with a time of 20.32, scoring 742 points.
  • 100m Bifins – 1st place with a time of 44.49, achieving 771 points.

Hannah TROPPSCHUH (Germany, SCDL)

  • 400m Immersion – 1st place in 3:24.27, scoring 743 points.

Georgia SALSANO (France, PAN)

  • 400m Immersion – 2nd place in 3:33.25, earning 676 points.
  • 100m Immersion – 1st place in 40.32 seconds, securing 746 points.

Kyra SAEBISCH (Germany, SCDL)

  • 100m Immersion – 3rd place with 40.69 seconds, achieving 731 points.

Best Senior Women

Maïwenn HAMON (France, PAN)

  • Relay 4x100m Surface – Helped Pays d’Aix Natation finish 2nd place in 2:52.53.

Michele RUETZE (Germany, SGD)

  • 200m Surface – 1st place with a remarkable time of 1:31.18, earning 902 points.

Nadja BARTHEL (Germany, SCDL)
