Finswimming is one of the most exciting water sport ever. Finswimming is a sport belonging to the aquatic specialties which, using specific equipment (monofin, fins, snorkel or cylinders) allows the athlete to reach much higher speeds than swimming. CMAS Finswimming World Cup 2024 Round 4 – Phuket - Finswimmer Magazine

The Association of Thailand Underwater Sports (ATUS) – authorised by CMAS – invites all interested Federations and Clubs to participate in the XVIII CMAS Finswimming World Cup 2024, Round 4, organised 6 – 8 September 2024 in Phuket, Thailand.

CMAS Finswimming Rules govern the competition, CMAS Finswimming World Cup Rules, and the present Specific Rules that every athlete – with his/her enrolment – affirms to know and agrees to follow strictly.

The competition will take place at:
Sport Complex PSU Phuket (Prince of Songkhla University, Phuket Campus) located in Phuket City, Thailand. (Website: https://sports.phuket.psu.ac.th)
The competition pool has;
• Length of 50 meters.
• Width of 25 meters
• 10 lanes
• Wave-breaking Lane ropes
• Permanent depth of 2 meters
• Water temperature 26˚C (±1˚C). Timing and Judging Consoles, Computerization and Touch Pads are provided by OMEGA Systems.
