Sondrio, Italy — The Valtellina Sub Sondrio sports club will host a major finned swimming competition on February 1, 2026, at the municipal pool in Sondrio. The XXIX Trofeo delle Alpi (29th Alps Trophy) will serve as both a regional Lombardy championship and a zonal competition for the Liguria-Lombardia-Piemonte region.

The competition will take place at the Sondrio municipal pool facility at Piazzale Merizzi, featuring a 25-meter, 8-lane pool with depths ranging from 1.45 to 3.60 meters. An additional 25-meter, 4-lane warm-up pool will be available to participants adjacent to the competition area.

Youth Categories:
– Esordienti A1/A2: 50m and 100m fins, 50m rubber monofin
– Esordienti B1/B2: 50m and 100m fins

Adult Competition:
– CMAS Absolute category (U18 and O18 unified): 50m, 100m, and 200m fins and monofin
