The princess vs the queen, Mikhailushkina vs Baranovskaya

Countries Europe Russia
FINSWIMMER MAGAZINE

After many and many years the queen of Finswimming Valeria Baranovskaya (1990) gave the scepter to the young princess Ekaterina Mikhailushkina (2001) in one of the hardest races in our sport, 200 sf.

All of this happened during the Finswimming Senior European Championships 2019 in Greece The race was so fast since the fist meters, where Valeria swam in the first position until 150 mt, but then Ekaterina pressed the accelerator in the last 50 mt and got 29 cents of second of advantage 1’27″09 vs 1’27″38!

If you weren’t able to watch the race it’s available on the following LINK
