On Saturday, March 9, 2019, the second round of the Moravian-Silesian Youth Swimming League and Speed Diving of categories E (11 years and younger), D (12-13 years) and C (14-15 years) took place in the indoor swimming pool in Žďár nad Sázavou. Seven Moravian and Silesian finswimming clubs joined the competition: Čochtanklub Žďár nad Sázavou, SP Laguna Nový Jičín, Skorpen Přerov, KSP Olomouc, Nemo Zlín, Nautilus Břeclav and Fast Fins CT from Přerov.
In the youngest category E, home finers were the best competitors. David Žemba sailed for the first place on the 200 PP and 15 RP races, and won silver at 100 BF. Although Veronika Králíčková was at the 10th place in the 100 BF race, she won two gold medals in the remaining runs at 200 PP and 15 RP.
In group D, Jakub Mizera from SP Laguna Nový Jičín, who won the first place on the 400 PP and two second places in the 50 BF and 100 RP races, enjoyed the best point gain. Among the girls, another domestic competitor, Veronika Přibylová, made the most points. She won 100 RP and 400 P, while the other finished 50 BF.
Also in category C, Ondřej Hrdina was the best home racer among the boys. He won two firsts in 100 PPs and 100 RPs, and silver in the 400 BF. The best girl of this category was Iva Vzatková (KSP Olomouc), who won the victory in the 100 RP and 400 BF disciplines, while the second ended at 100 PP.
Club KSP Olomouc enjoyed twice the victory in the relay 4 x 100 PP mix. And in categories D and C. The youngest category E was dominated by the relay SP Laguna Nový Jičín.
The second round of the Moravian-Silesian Youth League was dominated by the home club Čochtanklub Žďár nad Sázavou (2021 points) before the SP Laguna Nový Jičín (1755 points) and the Skorpen Přerov club (1591 points).
The third round of the Moravian-Silesian League and the Czech Youth League (which has its second round on Saturday, March 30, 2019) will take place on April 27, 2019 in Nový Jičín and in Liberec, respectively.
